Double screws type sludge thickener
The dewatering body consists of two spirals enclosed in a filter cylinder, where is composed of moving rings and fixed rings. Two spirals rotates in the same direction at the same time. By the spiral movements, the sludge between two spirals is flipped and moved to a thrust plate. The moving rings, driven by pendulum shaft, cut and squeeze the lateral sludge. The liquid squeezed out of the sludge flows away among gaps, while the thickened sludge falls out at the end of the filter cylinder.

No contact between moving rings and spirals-extending moving rings’ working life. Lower maintenance cost.
